Zoning Permits & Right-of-Way Permits

A zoning permit is required for anyone doing any construction on your property. Whether you think you need a permit or not please contact the Zoning Inspector Penny Keller-Clark at 419-649-6365 to find out. If you do not get a permit and one is needed, construction will cease until the permit is obtained.

Right-of-Way permits are required for anyone crossing the street right-of-way for construction. These can be obtained in the Village Office.

Please check with Penny or the Village Office before you begin construction.
