(54) Home Occupation: Any use customarily conducted entirely within a dwelling and carried on by the inhabitants thereof, which use is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling for residential purposes and does not change the character thereof.

(d) Home Occupations: Customary Occupations, such as but not limited to handicrafts, dressmaking, millinery, laundry, preserving, home cooking, shoe repair, small appliance repair, personal and home care products, realtors, law offices, tax consultants and accountants: provided that such occupations shall be conducted only by resident occupants and no more than one additional person, that no structural alterations involving features not customarily found in dwellings are required. An unlighted sign of not over two (2) square feet in area and attached flat against the dwelling shall be permitted..
